Original heat shield (thermal insulation shield for the exhaust pipe area and transmission housing), designed for Audi A7 Sportback (4K / 4K8 generation) and Audi A6 C8 (type 4K2 / 4K5) vehicles with a 3.0 V6 TFSI (55 TFSI designation / DLZA, DKMB, and related codes) petrol engine based on the modular MLBevo platform.

Original VAG thermal insulation component. Made of multi-layer, stamped aluminum alloy with a damped structure, featuring excellent heat reflectivity and resistance to vibrations and high temperatures. It ensures precise thermal isolation of the transmission housing (S-tronic / tiptronic), mechatronics, sensor harnesses, and seals from the intense radiant heat generated by the 3.0 TFSI engine's exhaust system.
