Refund policy

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased part without giving any reason. This applies to both new and used parts.

How to return an item
1. Write to us at info@davicar.pl within 14 days, stating your order number (you may use the model withdrawal form from the Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory).
2. Send the part back at your own cost, no later than 14 days after sending us your withdrawal statement, to:
DAVICAR, ul. Kaliska 62A, 62-303 Kaczanowo, POLAND
3. Pack the part carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and enclose proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs
The cost of sending the part back is borne by the buyer. We refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest delivery method we offered to the buyer.

Condition of the returned part
The part should be returned complete and undamaged. You are liable for any reduction in the part's value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning (e.g. damage during installation, obliterated numbers, broken seals).

Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the part back or proof that it has been sent back.

Damage and complaints
Please inspect the shipment on receipt. If the part is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@davicar.pl or by phone at +48 502 222 950. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way is to return the part and place a new order.
