The rules for concluding and performing sales contracts, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract and complaints are set out in the Store Terms and Conditions. Returns are also governed by the Refund Policy, shipping by the Shipping Policy, and personal data by the Privacy Policy.

None of these provisions limit the rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of law.

Relationship with Shopify

The store runs on Shopify technology. All sales and purchases in the store are made directly with P.W. PTAK Mirosław Ptak (DAVICAR). Shopify is not a party to the sales contract between you and the store and is not responsible for any aspect of that sale. Data submitted in the store is also processed by Shopify in order to provide its services – see the Shopify Privacy Policy for details.
