Control Lambda Sensor (Pre-Catalyst) – 06M906265
Original wideband lambda sensor (exhaust gas oxygen sensor / control sensor mounted before the catalyst), designed for Audi A7 Sportback (4K / 4K8 generation) and Audi A6 C8 (4K2 / 4K5 / 4KA type) with turbocharged petrol engines 3.0 V6 TFSI (55 TFSI designation / EA839 family / DLZA, DKMB and related fault codes), as well as related models based on the modular MLBevo platform.
Original VAG exhaust system and emissions control component. Equipped with a ceramic measuring element integrated with an efficient electric heater, a stainless steel body with precision-machined threads, a flexible cable in a reinforced thermal sleeve, and a sealed signal connector. Responsible for continuously measuring the oxygen content in the exhaust gases leaving the cylinder bank ("hot-V") and transmitting data in real time to the engine control unit (ECU). Ensures optimal air-fuel mixture selection (lambda ratio), minimum fuel consumption, instant throttle response, and proper catalyst protection.

Fitment guarantee and VIN verification
Each sensor undergoes heater circuit verification with an ohmmeter and mechanical thread condition inspection before shipping.
Fitment / installation tip: The initial 06M designation assigns the sensor directly to VAG V6 engine accessories (EA839). Pre-catalyst sensor failure is indicated by increased fuel consumption, jerking during acceleration, Check Engine light, and mixture fault codes (too rich / too lean). Using an original OEM sensor eliminates slow signal response issues often found with universal replacements. Before screwing in, it is recommended to apply high-temperature grease to the thread (avoiding the measuring tip). Before purchase, we recommend comparing the OE number on the body or verifying fitment using the vehicle's VIN.
