Original aluminum center tunnel heat shield (underbody heat shield above the drive shaft and exhaust system), designed for Audi A7 Sportback (4K / 4K8 generation) and Audi A6 C8 (4K2 / 4K5 / 4KA type) with quattro all-wheel drive, including models with 3.0 V6 TFSI (55 TFSI), 2.0 TFSI, and TDI engines based on the modular MLBevo longitudinal platform.

Original VAG underbody thermal insulation component. Made of multi-layer stamped aluminum sheet with a distinctive honeycomb / reinforcing emboss structure, characterized by a high capacity to reflect heat radiation while maintaining a low weight. Mounted along the center tunnel of the underbody directly above the exhaust pipes, catalytic converters, and in the drive shaft bearing support area. Effectively protects the bodywork, cabin floor, electrical wiring harnesses, and shaft support from overheating caused by the hot exhaust system, preventing cabin overheating and the degradation of rubber-to-metal components.
