Original thermal shield (heat insulation shield for the automatic transmission housing / tiptronic torque converter or dual-clutch S-tronic gearbox), designed for Audi A6 C8 and Audi A7 Sportback (4K / 4K8 generation) cars, as well as related models on the MLBevo platform (Audi Q7, Q8, A8 D5).

Original VAG thermal insulation component. Made of a specialized, stamped multi-layer aluminum alloy with high thermal reflectivity. It ensures precise insulation of the transmission housing, seals, mechatronics, and sensor wiring from heat radiation generated by the exhaust system (catalytic converters, GPF/DPF filters, exhaust pipes) passing in close proximity. It effectively prevents transmission fluid overheating and protects critical components from high thermal stress.
