Front Right Quarter Panel, Upper Rail, A-Pillar, Audi A7 S7 4K8, OEM OE

Original Front Right Quarter Panel (Front Right Side Member / Strut Tower / Fender Apron / A-Pillar) – Audi A7 Sportback (Type 4K8)

Original front body shell structural component – front right quarter panel (front right side member with shock absorber strut tower, fender apron reinforcement, front panel mounting base, and section of the bulkhead and A-pillar – Längsträger Vorne Rechts / Front Right Side Member / Fender Apron & Strut Tower Cut), designed for Audi A7 Sportback, S7 and RS7 (4K8 / C8 generation) manufactured from model years 2018 to 2026+, including versions with TFSI petrol engines (40 TFSI, 45 TFSI, 55 TFSI, RS7 4.0 V8 TFSI), high-torque TDI diesel engines (40 TDI, 45 TDI, 50 TDI, S7 TDI) and TFSI e hybrid models with quattro all-wheel drive, based on the modular MLB Evo floor platform.

Original Audi OE structural component. New-generation hybrid construction, typical of the MLB Evo architecture – combines a high torsional rigidity pressure-cast aluminum suspension strut tower with stamped boron steel side member profiles and welded apron sheet metal. Cut component with retained sheet metal fabrication allowances and original measuring points, enabling precise fitting on the repair frame and restoration of the original suspension geometry. Features intact original mounting points for the subframe (suspension carrier), engine mounts, radiator supports and bonnet hinges.

Technical specifications:

  • Base parts group (Audi OE): Series 4K0805106 / 4K8805106 (side member with right apron), strut tower casting from group 4K0803094 (the left driver's side is available under odd numbers ending in ...105 / ...093)

Bodywork and installation tips

Every front structural component is inspected to ensure there is no stretching, microcracks at riveted and bonded joints, and that the geometry of the technical holes is maintained.

Fitting / installation tip: In the MLB Evo platform body shell construction, the aluminum strut tower is factory bonded to the steel side member using blind rivets and a special structural adhesive. Joining these two components independently in workshop conditions is complex and risky. Therefore, installing a complete, factory-assembled OEM quarter panel with an intact strut tower is the safest and most precise method for front-end repair. This ensures trouble-free alignment of the toe and camber angles (3D geometry) and perfect fitment of the bonnet, fender, and front panel. Before purchase, we recommend verifying the bodywork specifications using the vehicle's VIN.
