Electric Auxiliary Water Pump / Cooling System Circulation Pump – 06H121601M

Original auxiliary electric coolant pump (auxiliary circulation pump for the turbocharger cooling system, coolant recirculation after engine shutdown, and heater circuit), designed for Audi A7 Sportback (4K / 4K8 generation) and Audi A6 C8 (4K2 / 4K5 / 4KA type) with 3.0 V6 TFSI (55 TFSI designation / EA839 family / DLZA, DKMB, and related codes) turbocharged engines based on the modular MLBevo longitudinal platform.

VAG cooling system component manufactured for Audi by the leading powertrain systems manufacturer, Pierburg. Equipped with a 12V brushless electric motor with a magnetically driven impeller completely isolated from the coolant chamber, eliminating the risk of coolant leakage through the shaft seal. It is responsible for the forced circulation of coolant after engine shutdown (after-cooling of the turbocharger located in the hot-V cylinder bank, preventing oil coking on the plain bearings) and ensures optimal coolant circulation through the cabin heat exchanger at low engine speeds.
